Corrections & Complaints
Last updated: August 2026
We would rather be corrected than be wrong. Our rankings guide real spending decisions, so accuracy matters more than ego — if we have a spec, a price, a safety note or a recommendation wrong, we want to hear about it and fix it quickly.
The fastest way to reach us
Email corrections@redlinegarage.com with the page URL and a short description of the issue. That inbox is monitored specifically for accuracy reports and complaints.
Reporting a Correction
If you have spotted something that is wrong or out of date — a mistaken specification, an outdated recommendation, a broken link, a product that has been discontinued, or anything else — please tell us. To help us act fast, include:
- The page it is on (the URL or the exact title).
- What is wrong, quoted or described as specifically as you can.
- What it should say, and a source if you have one.
Our Correction Commitment
We review every correction report, usually within two business days. When we confirm an error we fix it promptly. For a significant change — one that affects a ranking, a safety point or a factual claim — we update the page and note that it was corrected. Minor typo-level fixes are made without a note. Prices and availability change constantly and are pulled live from the retailer, so those are expected to move and are not treated as errors.
Making a Complaint
If your concern goes beyond a factual fix — the tone or fairness of a review, how a sponsorship or partnership was handled, our editorial conduct, or how your data was treated — you can raise it through the same address, or through our contact page. Tell us what happened and what outcome you are looking for, and a member of the team will respond directly.
What We Can and Cannot Do
We can correct our content, clarify our methodology, and respond to complaints about how we operate. We cannot resolve a problem with a product you bought, a delivery, a return or a refund — those are handled by the retailer you purchased from. If you bought through one of our Amazon links, see our Returns & Refunds page for how that works.
Thank you for helping us keep Redline Garage accurate. Reader corrections are one of the main reasons our guides get better over time.
